Iconiq Innovation
Guiding the strategic exploitation and commercialisation of RETURN technologies.
Iconiq Innovation Ltd (IIL) were instrumental in creating this RETURN consortium and project, have a track record of managing research projects and tasks within them, and will assist in elements of its management when required. In RETURN they are sharing the outputs in order to make sure that the new technologies developed by the consortium successfully connect the research to businesses and future partnerships.
IIL develops the Innovation Management framework, overseeing Intellectual Property (IP) strategies, future funding options, and the development of strong business models for the project’s Key Exploitable Results (KERs). They support every partner to build a clear plan for bringing their innovations to market and turning technical success into financial impact.
IIL also provides Tech-Futures Analysis (T-FA). At key stages of the project they look at competing technologies, the State of the Art (SotA) and the surrounding IP landscape. This then highlights to partners where IP protection might be needed, how to secure Freedom to Operate (FTO) and how to avoid patent infringements.
IIL will also build a practical sex and gender strategy to ensure the benefits of diverse workforces and inclusive practices can boost the quality of the results and contribute to better technical performance and ultimately better commercial outputs.
